EMD GP-35, Conrail ex-Reading (CR 3650).  This unit didn't require much to update it to the Conrail era.  I used a stock Reading GP35 from Atlas Model R.R. Co., and lightly sprayed it with a rust-colored wash to tone-down the paint scheme.  The Reading graphics and markings were painted out in black.  Conrail markings were applied, as well as Micro-Trains couplers.  A Detail Associates bell and snow plow, and a Pennsy-style signal box were added.  The couplers were painted in rust, the stanchions in Reading green and the handrails in cream yellow.  The model was lightly weathered to blend everything in.  This model usually runs behind the Conrail (ex-Penn Central) GP38.
