40-foot boxcar w/sliding doors, Boston and Maine (BM 76380).  I started out with the limited run Micro-Trains car from Concord Car Shops.  I dry-brushed Accu-Paint rust freely onto various areas of the car, based on a prototype photo I had.  The car was sprayed with a flat clear coat, and then further weathered with pastels.  The standard trucks were replaced later with BLMA trucks to lower the ride height, and the couplers were body-mounted.  This car was on the rails in early 1989.
