40-foot wood reefer, Swift Refrigerator Line (SRLX 7719).  I started with a pre-decorated Micro-Trains wood reefer with white sides.  I removed the existing lettering with Walthers Solvaset and Q-Tips.  Clover House dry transfers for Swift's Bacon were applied, and the car was sprayed with flat clear coat to seal the transfers and provide some teeth for the weathering.  The door hardware was hand painted in Accu-Paint stencil black.  Weathering was heavily applied with a mixture of pastels in oranges, browns and grays.  This car was ready for service in 1982.
