
Piggy Packer.
This is the kit that was offered by N-Scale of Nevada around 1990 or so. The
instructions stated it would take around six hours to build. It took me closer to
eighteen hours! The kit consisted of a number of sub-assemblies.
In order to not get frustrated, I decided to complete only one sub-assembly a day.
I also fashioned the handrails out of steel guitar wire instead of the brass wire that came
with the kit for added durability.
I painted the unit per the instructions, but decided to leave it unmarked, operating as
a generic unit.
