53-foot GSC flatcar, Penn Central (PC 716920).  This started as a stock Athearn model decorated for Pittburgh & Lake Erie with a payload of John Deere tractors.  The model was disassembled entirely and the plastic deck parts were discarded.  All existing printing was removed with isopropyl alcohol.  New end sills were formed from styrene and painted to match the body.  A combination of custom decals and Microscale decals were added, and the model was sprayed with Dullcote.  Laser-cut thin plywood deck parts replaced the stock plastic decks.  The carbody was weathered with chalks and the decks weathered with artist's inks.  Micro-Trains body-mounted couplers and Fox Valley metal wheels were added.
