Bi-level auto rack, enclosed, Norfolk & Western (TTGX 977222).  New etched stainless steel mesh sides and etched brass end doors were painted and decaled prior to replacing stock components on a Red Caboose model pre-decorated for Norfolk & Western.  The billboard lettering was applied directly to the mesh panels to achieve the ghost-like see-through effect.  The roof was modified and repainted, ladders reworked and repositioned, and new mold rails added to reflect the prototype.  The truck-mounted coupler arms were shortened and Fox Valley low-flange wheelsets were installed.
