Heavyweights Cement Mixer in lime Spectraflame.  This Heavyweights vehicle is one of three that I originally owned, and two of them were coated with the lime green paint scheme.  This one has the orange and brown mixer, while the second lime truck carried an all-orange unit.  I traded the other two trucks away.
