Paddy Wagon in blue Spectraflame.
One of the highly desireable prototype variations, the model looks spectacular in Spectraflame
paint. It's a shame that Mattel decided to put only the enamel paint scheme into
production. I acquired this piece in early 2001. The engine has just a hint
of tarnish, and there is some edgewear on the front fenders, but the car displays beautifully.
An interesting difference between the prototype and production models is that the prototype body
was not painted inside the wheel wells nor underneath the running boards and back step.
The plastic cap has some slight differences as well.
