Special Delivery in blue Spectraflame.  This roving mailbox hot rod is a medium blue color, either due to light pigment in the paint or some overall fading due to time.  All the stickers are intact on this concept car, which was acquired at the beginning of 1995.  I haven't seen any of these where the paint doesn't have a satin luster.  Back in 1971, this casting probably looked sharp with perfect stickers and a mirror-finish zinc plating under bright blue paint.
